I have always dabbled in yoga, but last month I decided to challenge myself and practice yoga every day.Since I needed help with this and since I had just moved to a new country, I decided to take advantage of YouTube. Yoga challenge with Adrian– a 30-day challenge that I would recommend to anyone who has or has not done Yoga before was what I started with . I have made Yoga a lifestyle choice and it is my new green routine!
